My work as a trainer draws on a combination of pilates, segmental stabilization, fascial fitness, neuromuscular re-education and scientific theory. The objective is to create ideal conditions for more balance and strength in the body. I have successfully trained with clients with:

- non-specific back pain;

- herniated or prolapsed intervertebral discs;

- breathing problems;

- scoliosis;

- pelvic floor issues, and;

- inflammatory or degenerative joint diseases.

Training sessions are completely tailored to your needs and can be conducted in German, English, Polish or Dutch. I always work with the body as a whole. For example, if you are dealing with lower back pain your training program may include foot, shoulder and breathing exercises.

What to expect at your trial session


Your first session will be a mixture of training and assessing your current condition. We start off with a short questionnaire to determine your training goals, followed by a postural analysis and strength and mobility tests. The tests are challenging, so you'll already be training. The session will last somewhere between 75 and 90 minutes.



Personal Training at home, work or somewhere else - You choose the venue!


Training sessions can take place at your home or work address. Alternatively I have partnerships with gyms and physiotherapy clinics all across Berlin, including Prenzlauer Berg (Physiotherapie Eutonia, Schivelbeiner Str. 27, 10439), Steglitz (Massagepraxis Eyzein, Lepsiusstraße 51, 12163) , Mitte, Wilmersdorf and Friedrichshain. First Training (1 hour) € 35,-. Individual offer for subsequent trainings, depending on session duration and/or bulk.

When cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, charges may be applied.
